Jennifer practiced as a commercial litigator and corporate lawyer for close to 14 years. As a litigator, she represented clients in a wide variety of disputes including, without limitation, those concerning general contract breaches, manufacturing, employment, construction, banking, bankruptcy, agency/independent contractor, engineering, artists' rights, discrimination, restrictive covenants, and tax. In these cases, she represented individuals and entities ranging from small closely-held businesses to international companies. As a litigator, Jennifer appeared in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, and also participated in numerous arbitration and mediation sessions.

As a corporate attorney, Jennifer drafted and
